WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES
If you need to destress, unwind, relax, and find some inner harmony these gentle yoga classes are for you. They are taught in the Satyananda tradition and are suited to beginners and intermediate levels of all ages including the over 50's.
Weekly Tuesdays 10 - 11.15am
Restarting 20th July (subject to Covid restrictions)
These weekly classes include Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and
Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
If you are inflexible and can't touch toes that it is not a problem, as not many people can touch their toes, and it shouldn't be used as an excuse not to give this style of gentle yoga a try today!
Classes are held at the Inside Out Dance Theatre Studio, Factory 2/ 37-39 East St, Daylesford - in the laneway behind the Run with Me fitness centre
Your first class is FREE, after that it is $15 per class
