WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES
WHAT: If you need to destress, unwind, relax, and find some inner harmony these gentle yoga classes are for you. They are taught in the Satyananda tradition and are suited to beginners and intermediate levels of all ages including the over 50's.
Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and
Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
WHEN: Weekly Tuesdays 10 - 11.15am
WHERE: 2/ 37-39 East St, Daylesford - the red door in the laneway behind the Run with Me Fitness Centre
If Covid lockdown is happening we do the class via Zoom
COST: First class is FREE, after that it is $15 per class
Bookings are essential due to class size being limited to 10.
